Employment law advice

Anne-Charlotte Serre accompanies, supports and advises her clients in all their decisions relating to employment law.

Individual employment relationships:

  • Advice in the drafting of letters of recruitment and employment contracts (unlimited term/fixed term/temporary).

  • Assistance in the process of obtaining residence permits for foreign employees (work permits, employee residence permits, temporary worker residence permits, new business talent passport).

  • Advice and supervision in the implementation of disciplinary and redundancy procedures.

  • Establishment of specific working time arrangement schemes (drafting of working time agreements, setting up and supervising flat-rate pay agreements per days worked, yearly working time arrangements, etc.)

  • Management of occupational health and safety issues: workplace accidents, occupational diseases, harsh working conditions, occupational stress, occupational medicine.

Collective working relationships:

  • Management of relations with staff representative bodies (elections to the Economic and Social Committee, recognition of an Economic and Social Unit, etc.)
