Fees

Anne-Charlotte Serre fixes her fees in discussion with you at your first meeting.

Fees are detailed in a written fee agreement that specifies the way the fees will be calculated for the foreseeable work.

The client will be billed for the work carried out by Anne-Charlotte Serre’s firm on the basis of an hourly rate. It may be appropriate to bill some cases on a flat-rate basis, with a potential success-related fee.

The client’s legal protection insurance may be activated, which may cover all or part of the fees.

The fees will not cover the disbursements, costs, expenses and fees of external legal advisers or stakeholders, whose involvement will be agreed in advance with the client.

The bills sent to the client will show a precise breakdown of the nature and length of the services provided by category and the action taken and work performed by time.

Upon request, the firm will provide a statement of work and time spent as well as up-to-date information on fees billed or pending.
